Wano the worst piece of shit tho.
Dressrosa is mid for me. FMI(maybe between mid and good) would have been good if not for a certain individual(not hody), Otohime + theme touched me a lot in that.
Arlong park is peak for me since its the one which made me stick with one piece.
Skypeia + Jaya was below peak(I loved it a lot, did not have the issue with pacing because I binged it...no dressrosa sucks even with binging because the nature of pacing is diferent in both)
I guess Arlong park to Skypeia were the best for me and then came sabaody to post war... Thats it I guess...others are not something I would care about much(I liked syrup village though a very good initial arc).
I agree the villains were trash...but I guess I did not care much since they just represented certain aspects, not the character themselves...I wished it did not drag them though. Some moments in FI are my top moments.

Honestly FI should probably be mid, it had it's moments but man those villains were utter trash
