Well, the last chapter (1057) left most of us fans with a bitter taste of insatisfaction, specially because of the line "Kurozumi were born to burn", simply because it goes against two of the most important messages of the manga "it's not a criminal to exist" said by Franky and " a son should not pay for the crime of his parents" said by Whitebeard, but would Oda simply leave it like this? First of all, let's see the meaning of Kurozumi. It means literally coal. Coal were meant to burn, and assuming that Otama is a Kurozumi, it would make sense for her to burn, right? Obiviously not literally burning, because Oda would not let this happen, but burning with flames of transformation (?). At this point, would not it make sense and even would be a cool thing if Ace could burn Otama, after all our doughnut boy was fire and Otama is coal. Fire and coal are related, but burning in a way that makes Otama (a black coal) burn bright with hope of being free someday (ashes in the wind). Coincidence or not,but this would be an awesome thing to notice. Also, would be ironic if Otama be proven to be a Kurozumi simply because this will confirm that a related to Kaido and a related to Orochi would be greatest responsible for their defeat. Momonosuke being the Shogun of Wano would have a difficult yet important role of teaching his citizens of not judging people by their names, specimes (like Oden did saving Nekomamushi, Inuarashi and Kawamatsu of being burnt alive while they were still kids), using Yamato and Otama as examples, because the Wano citizines are still close-minded in relation to the Kurozumis and other Specimens like the Onis, Minks, fishmen, etc. Another proof of this, in adittion to what we already saw in Oden's flashback is that they not only tried to burn Kawamatsu, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi alive, but they also gave chase to every members of the Kurozumi clan, regardless of they being related to the coup d'etat agains the Kouzuki or not (Poor Kanjuro parents), what led Kanjuro to become what he has became. Although it's likely that the Kurozumi clan was 100% erradicated from Wano, the best chance of Oda working on a redemption on both sides is through Otama, the orphan girl that was one of the unexpected allies to change the tides of the battle favoring the Mink-Ninja-Pirate alliance.
Sorry if my writing was exaustive, i'm not very good with words.
