by the way if Hancock is not captured , you can be sure that her bounty will be either in 2B or 3B range , for sure lower than Mihawk though.
the Schichibukai old and new will have high bounties, Jinbe would have gotten more if he was not got the strawhat's treatment . i mean Oda gave them such low bounties for a reason like their next enemies should still have higher bounties than them.
honestly Luffy should be 4-5B and his commanders between 1.2 and 1.6B.
