You can call Mihawk more impressive than even Roger for having such a high bounty, but you can never use it against Kaido. Because Kaido's strength is the sole reason why he's that big a threat. Kaido's the only character whose status is justified by his own individual strength while every other major character gets a part of the credit from their crews.
