How bounties should be working is the following
Zoro got slightly less than Daz bones.. but bounty increases is much more difficult after 300mil
it makes sense Zoro and Sanji got less than King and Queen becuz you always get less than the bounty your defeat unless its your first bounty like Luffy's after defeated 52 mil combined
after that the bounty you get is less than the bounty you defeat like with zori and Daz bones
in WCI luffy defeated a combined 1.8 billion bounty and got just 1 billion more
Sanji and d zoro defeated 1.3 bil berries each + captain clout.. they get 1 billion each which us lower than the bounty they defeat
it also depends on the initial bounty
