Nah dog Mihawk's bounty is insane, it's actually hard to believe it's real. A tad bit below Shanks without any crew, organisation, political influence while Shanks has all that and crew members renowned even before they joined Shanks.

Oda went bonkers with the Mihawk hype....and Croc, just about the same level of insanity.

Is everyone missing the fact that it says Hawkeye was known as “Marine Hunter” - so he likely went hunting strong marines and it might even be his idea to place bounties on marines. So obviously that will make him notorious all by himself.
