you don't know that who's who and jack are not same level. neko or inu has to go sulong form just to defeat jack. I really doubt that who's who can even make minks go their sulong form.Also it's not bcz king called them they visited. It's bcz king told them that kaido summoned them. only then they f**king cared about it. Also the fact that jinbei easily defeated who's who and have time to other stuff with out not much fuss makes it even more that who's who is not at queen's or jacks level. Bcz if he is at queen's level. Then i can say that he can mid diff king .

We must divide all the bounties by 100, like the cabbage costs 1 berry. That way we can have a more "realistic" number for the bounties

I'm sure if it weren't for gag purposes, Oda would've made Zoro's bounty 1.2B like in EL.

WG knew he defeated kaku and all other people. I think WG did not notice rooftop. If it notices rooftop then i can say zoro will have near to crocodile bounty.

Idk how Zoro only having 1.1 b makes sense tbh, Luffy after beating Katakuri had a 1.5b bounty. Here Zoro beats King who has a higher bounty than Kat and participates in a raid where his captain and others take down two emperors. Feels a bit too low to me.
