You know I don't understand all the hate among the Mihawk (Zoro) and Shanks fanbases. You hype one, you automatically hype the other. They are like Naruto and Sasuke.
I would say the bounty is not a joke in comparison. Yet to confirm that Mihawk's bounty is unaffected from CG (I hope it is unaffected). But we know that Shanks is more of a pacifist and for most part the same was thought of Mihawk but the WSS thing and the Marine Hunter forces a different perspective. Imagine marine VAs (the Admirals are reserved for CDs I think) escorting kings and doing there routine jobs and suddenly a wild Mihawk appears because he is bored and beats the shit out of the marines. I mean his solo bounty is justified. To stop this guy and to make sure you don't suffer heavy losses you will have to send at least 2 Admirals. The guy is a fucking YOLO beast, and I might be wrong but so far Mihawk is scratch free. So the WG are justified in placing such a high bounty on a guy like this. On second thoughts I think the 3.6B bounty is justified for solo Mihawk. He was hunting the guys who were supposed to hunt him, he was hunting everybody pirate or marine. And we know that so far he seems like a very calculated and calm guy. How does someone so calm who spends time farming alone on an island be so confident that he is willing to hunt marines (the strongest organization) and he has no wounds to show?
However Shanks has not been shown to be this type of guy. Stopping MF war, stopping Kaido, talking with Gorosei and they listening to him because he is Shanks. Even in the latest episode Sengoku and Garp are disappointed that Shanks would have done what Uta actually did to that island. I am not saying that Shanks is not a pirate or doesn't do pirate things but compared to Mihawk his solo threat is lesser since he is not actually hunting the marines.
Is the confirmation part something new in this chapter?
