So everyone who is proficient in haki is a proficient swordsman? Kinemon fire-cutting skill is a haki or swordsmanship? you cut with sword not with haki right?

Zoro amplified his attack power with haki upgrade. He learnt Kinemon technique which is related to swordsmanship. Haki enhances the fighting styles be it a martial arts or devil fruit powers or swordsmanship.

Fujitora dropping meteor is a sword skill or DF ability? swordskill is basically cutting something. Haki is a tool just like a sword. Haki enhances the attack and defence power.

For example,

Zoro with swords > Luffy with swords when they have same haki because Luffy is a shit when it comes to using swords. This is not the case with Shanks

Shanks is a swordsman and so is Mihawk. By title Mihawk > Shanks. However, there is a possibility that Shanks haki is higher than Mihawk even though Mihawk is more skilled with swords than Shanks. Both are sword fighters in this case. So haki can clear the gap.

The bounties and threat level were equally attributed between between Luffy, Kid and Law over the defeat of 2 emperors

So considering his captain has the same bounty as Luffy, and he participated in the rooftop battle hype, i expect him to gain recognition for this as his right hand man.

Luffy is considered as a yonko because he has multiple commanders, with 3 above the billions mark. Kid should have at least one in that range, with Killer recognized as his right hand man, who participated in the rooftop battle, that ultimately led to the defeat of 2yonkos, most likely being used as the reason for him to cross the billions mark

Why do you think Brannew compared Shanks with Mihawk to say Mihawk's swordsmanship is better? If Shanks wasn't a swordsman, Brannew could've simply used someone else like Zoro or Vista lol.
