-Zoro did not faint solely because of hunger
-Zoro did not faint because of poisonous blade (which is headcanon)

-In universe: Zoro faint because blood loss + empty stomach make people faint.

It is a combination of things, I don’t know why it is so difficult to understand :kayneshrug:
People don't realize that Sword duels are different from regular "punch fights", if u get hit by a punch u get up and keep punching if u get hit by a sword it's a different thing, sword duels are more deadly u can't make mistakes or u're done, i agree with the "he fainted bc he was hungry" but Killer managed to land a hit on Zoro and that was Zoro's mistake not some hunger ...

No poison blades. Zoro has fainted before from hunger without any injury. It was working well to advance plot progression as well.
