Again I said that all swordsmen use haki and all haki user can use sword, the difference Is what Is your forte.
If characters and people think about Shanks and Roger they start to emphasized their haki, if people and characters think about Mihawk the First thing that comes to their mind Is his swordsmaship.
What's so difficult to understand?
Shanks's forte Is not swordsmaship (even though he's Great with It and 2nd to Mihawk), It's his Haki. That's a fact.

Still the most peculiar thing about Zoro Is swordsmaship, not haki even though he's a good haki user.
While First thing about Shanks that comes to mind Is his haki, emphasized as the most formidable and impressive thing about him, while swordsmaship Is considered Great but below Mihawk.
Same for Roger and Oden.
Oden Is mainly known for his Oden two sword style and his swords Enma and Ame no Habakiri, even though he had insane haki.
Roger Is mainly know and Remembered by Kaido for his Haki even though he was good with a sword.
That's the difference between mainly swordsman and mainly haki user.

Haki is the power the made the WG/Marines recognize Zoro as a swordsmaster.
Now when I think about Zoro's swordsmanship I think his powerful CoC and CoA haki. I no longer think about his 3 sword style. Even that was upgraded to 3 Dragon Style. Prior to Wano it was about his physical strength and unique fighting style. He can fight with a sword in his mouth.

I asked you many times to provide just one panel that someone says "Shanks haki > Mihawk haki" and you did not provide anything because there is none.
Has Shanks really strong haki? Yes. Is it stronget than Mihawk ? Never stated.
