I’d love to clown him (and it isn’t a great showing based on how the community hyped him up) but the cover story hasn’t been bad for Katakuri. Niji is hurt, Ichiji is hurt and the only reason power Mochi stopped is cause of Caesar’s gas attack.

It’s not even advanced armament like Luffy learned tbh. It’s just stronger hardening, so I’m not surprised they don’t look too beat up right now.
