I think the progression of Zoro and Sanji is and will be quicker, nevertheless he is clearly grouped with the two than the other ones as much as Zoro and Sanji stans like to think its not the case.

The only ones who are coping and malding are the ones who ever thought a Shichibukai was not atleast on par with Commanders.
