Fits nicely with the overall inflation in the series. Good call really. It's like DBZ with the power levels. Yamcha suddenly being in the millions capable of being the strongest in the universe if he time traveled 5 years back.

I sound bitter about it but truthfully I can't see current Chopper, Nami, Brook, Franky or Usopp making it past Alabasta Crocodile in neither strength or overall threat yet they have bounties 4-5 times higher.

So what do we think for Rayleigh?

Should be weaker than Mihawk even in his prime (no WSS, no black blade) but as the right hand man of Roger has more info that the WG is scared of. With Roger dead, he would be the highest profile person who went to Laugh Tale and knows the true history, is it enough to put him over Mihawk?

Like others said, I also think Rayleigh might be in the 4billion gap.

I mean, he's the PK's right hand, was strong enough to deal with Admiral when he was younger and know the true history and where Laugh Tale is.

He can't be lower than 4 billion.

Luffy > Roger > Shanks
Zoro > Rayleigh > Mihawk

Ray's strength is comparable to Mihawk/Shanks but like you said RHM + know about LT. I could see his bounty being just below Shanks at around 3.9b or just above it around 4.2b. His clown student has 3.2b, he'll not get anything less than that for sure. The lowest I have him at is 3.4b
