Should be weaker than Mihawk even in his prime (no WSS, no black blade) but as the right hand man of Roger has more info that the WG is scared of. With Roger dead, he would be the highest profile person who went to Laugh Tale and knows the true history, is it enough to put him over Mihawk?

I think rayleighs bounty will be just ended Zoros final bounty and since Zoro is pretty low right now I doubt his final bounty will be deep in the 3 billions

Evidently Oda didn’t feel like framing it that far. The 1 billion could just possibly be indication of the Marines knowing Sanji took down an All-Star, but still not knowing enough about all of his attacks and suspecting he could have had considerable help from Marco, since Marco did confront Queen as well.

Beckman might be over Blackbeard.

Weevil might be 3 billion plus

Hancock could be over Blackbeard

Sabo’s likely to have a bounty round about 3 billion as well

Silvers Rayleigh could be 4.683B or 4.682B. he went that high maybe after Roger in custody.

I think the one with around similar bounty to Mihawk is Scopper Gaban. Scopper: Sukoppa
