Future Events Yamato will still join

I think this is the same case as when Robin joined and later Jinbei. To some extent even Franky.
It's all about a character stronger than Sanji can't join until he has caught up. Oda wants to keep the monster trio intact.
- Robin joined in Alabasta. Zoro beat Ohm proving he was #2. Robin beat Yama and reached Enel proving she was #3. Sanji didn't beat Shura proving he was #3 but instead lost badly to the balloon guy. Sanji caught up at Enies Lobby.
- Franky took care of CP9 candidate Nero while Sanji only got CP7 Wanze. Sanji caught up in Enies Lobby, defeated Jabra and regained #3 spot.
- Jinbei was asked to join in Fishman Island. Zoro showed he was #2 beating pre steroid Hody and then steroid Hyouzou. Sanji had to split Wadatsumi with Jinbei.
- Jinbei showed against Big Mom and her crew he was still above Sanji in WCI.
- Sanji escorted Luffy to level 4. Jinbei escorted Luffy to level 5. Zoro joined Luffy at level 6 roof top. Jinbei was still stronger than Sanji. Yamato fought Kaido with CoC.
- Sanji unlocked exoskeleton and defeated Queen. Finally proved to be equal to or perhaps surpassed Jinbei. I'd say still a tiny bit inferior yet but more or less same level. Zoro unlocked CoC and defeated the previously undefeated (?) King who can only be hurt with CoC definitely putting Zoro above Jinbei if there was any doubt. Unclear if he equalled or surpassed Yamato yet. Sanji 100 % below Yamato.
