The one top tier who has been doing major things since the starting days of the story, it is crazy that he has yet to take a L in a series where top tiers are taking Ls left and right. The man I speak of is Dragon.
1st W. before Loguetown:
2nd W. Saves his son & the crew from being arrested by the Marines:
3rd & 4th W. Luffy, Zoro , and others get their W in Ennis Lobby, Dragon at the same time two countries taken away from the world government:
5th W. This time one of his underling saves the crew from the Marines (Kuma - Sabody).
6th W. One of his other underling saves Luffy's life and helps him escape death from ID & MF events (Ivankov helping Luffy all throughout).
7th W. Right as Luffy is doing the events at MF, Dragon invades and liberates Tequila Wolf, a 700 year old Celestial Dragon stronghold, that had a project from the CD being worked on there for 300+ years. A nation made up of Slaves & those who can keep them in check. Freeing probably hundreds of thousands to millions of Celestial Dragon slaves.
8th - 12th Ws. This is more than just 4-5 Ws, but I'm going to count only it as 4-5 since we dont' know exact number of countries freed. Took away many countries from the World Government in all of the Oceans of the world (so counting 1 in each ocean essentially as the minimum), after Doflamingo's fall.
13th W. Clowned a Yonko, Marine Fleet, and CP0. LOL. This is the biggest gangster move done so far by any Top Tier. Burgess reports to Blackbeard about the location of Baltigo, Blackbeard rolls in with his Blackbeard pirates to the RA HQ. What does he find? nobody's there. Did Burgess just randomly forget to report that the RA shifted their entire base and left it? LOL. You already know the man got detected by the RA and was left in a condition where he couldn't make any reports. But oh coincidently at the same time Blackbeard is coming there, somebody tips the World Government about their HQ and they immediately send fleet of Marine & CP0. But what's there? Nobody. LOL. And what was the result? The two people who wanted to take down Dragon and RA, fighting each other. Guy handed collective Ls to Blackbeard & World Government, gave em both the clown mask to put on.
14th W. Sent his underlings to rescue Kuma, and mission accomplished.
15th W. Sent his underlings to destroy the symbol of the Celestial Dragons to declare war on them and mission accomplished:
That is what you call a SUPREME COMMANDER of an army. The guy doesn't care about fame, all he cares about is overthrowing of the World Government, and he's taking Ws after Ws against them, without receiving a single L. Sabo is becoming more famous? Good one of his underlings is strengthening the revolution more. Lindberg and others became more famous for declaring war? Good his underlings have more political authority now to invoke more revolutions.
Sun God & The Revolutionary:
We are told the Sun God Nika was in the ancient times was believed by the slaves to be somebody who would come and save them!
In the chapter cover of 546: "When the liberators of slaves, the Revolutionary Army arrives at Tequila Wolf".
