Seeing how a lot of Vegapunk Research revolved around DFs and how Sora is supposed to be Anti-Germa who have Suits with DF like Abilities, I believe SSG counters DFs and makes the User have some sort of Resistance to them
This would explain how Koby could survive Hancock's Hax and her Sisters will be used as Hype Tools for both Koby and the Technology
Then comes Hancock who is forced to use Adv. CoC which was Oda's chance to hype her.
I believe these Suits also fit Smoker as someone who uses an Anti-DF Weapon, making him much Stronger against DF Users

So my guess is that:
Koby defeated one of Boa Sisters..Helemeppo took down another.
Boa defeated momonaga who was the one leading the marines against her.
Coby gets mad and a few amazonians collapse. This shocks helmeppo.
Boa sees this and says "interesting". Her and coby clash.
Helmeppos is helping momonga who injured himself to not to be affected by boas powers. He and helmeppo watch coby fight her. Momonga is shocked that he is doing so well and asks helmeppo why coby isn't being turned to stone.
Helpmepp says that it's because cobys ambitions supercedes his fleshy desires. Either that or he is to innocent to even know what adult desires are. Helmeppos then laughs.
Scene pans back to coby vs boa. The moment her love ability didn't affect him she immediately thought about luffy. She starts blushing mid fight thinking about luffy to the point that she says his name.
Coby perplexed asks her if she knows luffy? With her response being that she is in love with him and that he is the man that will be her husband. Coby laughs which embarrasses her. He then explains that even though he is a marine luffy is the one that inspired him to follow his Dream. Boas internal dialogue "that explains why he is so similar to him". "This young man is strong but purr of heart and filled with ambition".
BB then arrives with his Fleet which made helmeppo, momonga and alot of the marines leave (Koby stayed since alot of marines were incapacitated due to boas ability)
SSG is Vegapunk's Version of Raid Suit given only to certain Individuals that do not have devil fruits such as Sentomaru, coby, helmeppo, tashigi ... etc
Blaclbeard , and his crew exit the ship onto amazon lilly. Burgess attacks coby while blackbeard and the rest go for boa. Koby outmaneauvers and dodges burgess to assist boa but is suprised thay boa took out the majority of the bb pirates herself using her love fruit. The only ones not affected were bb hinself and shiriyu.
Koby and bb were shocked at how powerful her fruit ability actually is with koby being elated that it wasnt able to work on him for whatever reason. BB says "its seems like you are indeed a woman worth her 1.55 billion bounty". However he completely nullifies her fruit ability thus restoring all the bb pirates amd incapacitated marines back to normal.
Boa attacks without her fruit seeing that it won't help while telling her people to run. But they don't. Koby furious activities his ssg suit. However due to the overwhelming might of the bb pirates along with the fact that Kuja and some marines were captured they both lost
BB asks Hancock to work with him (He wants to use her ability but doesn't want to kill someone so beautiful.) So he forces her hand by threatening to kill luffy
Koby (Presumed Dead) is spying on them and decides that Alliance between BBP and Elbaf cannot be allowed, and knows Marines won't help with Elbaf, just like Wano, so he decides he must contact SWORD and tell him he is going to Elbaf
