Oh no, now I had to read the spoilers even if I didn't mean to... never mind.
Well if you're asking me, I think they took Arbel's lineage factor when he was in Punk Hazard, and used it to create the Seraphim (this is also a word in Hebrew). And they are children because they took it when Arbel was young. But we'll see when the chapter comes out. I will look at it on Thursday, when I redraw for TCB.
It would be such a tragedy if Arbel will have to fight his cyborg younger self...
