I've actually suspected Moria, Perona, Hogback could have connections to Wano potentially.

This is gonna be the biggest stretch too but we had a gigantic boar or hog even sliced in half at Wano by Oden and I can't remember who stitched up that mountain boar god but maybe Hogback somehow for some reason? Idk lol. Given how it should be dead from it and Hogback specialises in zombies and Frankensteinian type work, it aligns somehow for me.

Don't overhype everyone solely because he/she was a Shichibukai. Those bounties don't equal strength to all the Shichibukais unless some of them specifically proves the opposite

Oda's powerscaling at this point pretty much suggests that the weakest Warlords are Moria & Jinbe. Pre ts powerscaling doesn matter now.
