It IS true. Luffy/Kidd/Law bounty doesn't make sense on any basis, mate!
We see the WG freaking out about "D" stuff and whatnot, they obviously are fiddling with Luffy's bounty and are trying to keep thinks low-key regarding him.
You cannot use rare one or two examples that defy logic to generalize everything when manga itself CLARIFIES that Shanks/BB are boosted by their crews! IT'S FACTUAL! Meanwhile not once, I repeat, not ONCE did Brannew talk about Marine hunter thing.
In similar vein, BM and BB are far more chaotic, too.
I'm not disagreeing that Mihawk might have his inflations. But you gotta stop pretending it somehow makes up for being a Yonko with resources, empires, and powerful crew right at your beck and call!
If Mihawk was given command over CG, he'd have DEFINITELY crossed 4B by a good shot.
There's a reason why Mihawk's combat prowess was the BIGGEST reason behind his bounty, as per Brannew's words.
Oda giving Mihawk a 3.6b bounty by PRIMARILY individual merits and some individual inflations is huge, man. It's ass that you're trying to downplay it. It definitely puts him up there with Yonkos at least.
Old Ray getting insane hype and freaking out BB + his entre crew. Mihawk getting insane hype. It's time to just stop pretending that Zoro's end-games are weaker than Yonko, man. They're absolutely not by any means. Not even close.
