Katakuri and Kaido are the only guys with snakeman level combat speed...comes Sanji and Kizaru.

I was talking about Jinbe's statement in fishman island. That was way before SSG


and SSG only replaced the Warlords. They didn't get stronger.

Considering that Old Rayleigh had been inactive for two decades when he fought Borsalino while Garp was still an active Marine, the gulf in their performance/portrayal looks especially striking.

I think Prime Rayleigh may also be superior to Prime Garp.

Garp portrayal as Roger rival and one of the two main forces that beat Rocks>Anything Ray did in his prime.
