So to give my rating and thoughts for the chapter:

It was a chapter like so many we got those past months (or even years): Really fun to read with nice hype moments, but you better don't turn on your brain.

In terms of writing, consistency and inner-manga logic it was a mess at parts again.

The Yamato and Marco flashbacks somehow don't fit into the flow of the chapter (and the recent chapters) at all. If anything those should've happened several chapters ago. Now it really feels like Oda saw all the criticism about the rushed Wano ending and quickly decided to squeeze in 3 pages to fix at least some of the mess.

Then we have the scene when BB arrives. The VA is on a battleship and asks if they are allowed to fire back, when BB seemingly destroys the marine fleet with his quakes. Soon after we see the VA perfectly fine on Amazon Lily again, getting petrified after stanning Hancock. The flow here makes no sense at all.

Then the fight of BB against that seraphim. The latter attacks BB, who is visibly shocked and protects himself by clashing with the serapim while using haki. Then in the very next panel we see BB openly use black hole, while the seraphim is nowhere to be seen.

Then we get to the Hancock part. She uses her DF power "slave arrow" in front of everyone and petrifies every notable person except for Coby and BB. Why weren't those two petrified? At least show us one panel of dodging or anything else.

After that we cut to the very next panel where BB has Boa by the neck. This opens the question: How the fuck did he get to hold her like that? He even admits that she could immediately turn him into stone if he released her. Him "sucking" her in due to his darkness power is nonsense, since we saw even Ace using his fire power against BB while he was still in the process of being drawn towards him, but not touched yet. Once again a very important scene that got offscreened.

Enter Rayleigh. Yes, a hype moment for sure, but very convenient timing once again to say the least.

Last but not least: Why on earth did Oda have to tease once again with that Coby situation in the end, when he could've just shown us what happened. He literally introduces two more mysteries for every mystery he explains. At this point of the series it's just tiresome, especially since we know we will only hear about what happened in another 50+ chapters at best.

So all in all:

Fun: 8/10
Writing: 5/10

Mihawk canon feats
-getting big ass slash stopped by jozu
-fighting equally with vista
-joining Cross guild
-getting a 3.59billion bounty
And somehow mihawk hype is inevitable

He already had Boa grabbed by the neck, it's safe to say that she was a nonfactor in that situation
Nope. When Rayleigh puts the pressure on BB would probably have to release Boa. How is it now again, BB usually spams quakes from left arm and yami from his right arm? So that means BBs yami is not in effect against Ray when holding Boa, bad situation against Ray.

Even if he can use both fruits with both arms he would be handicapped without both arms as he can't use both at the same time or even follow up properly. Like a boxer with a jab but without the straight right that always comes after it for the 1-2.
