We are talking about post marital rape.
People marry to have kids.
You can be in an open relationship without marriage.
That's why terms like Illegitimate child exists.
Like I said, there are better options to solve this problem.
We can criminalize it, but I have objections on how it will be implemented.
A written consent letter can solve the problem.
Otherwise, the female can misuse this law.
People marry so that they can pass on their legacy, sex is secondary.

I know it happens. I have heard about it myself.
A newly married man continued to have zex with her wife for weeks, lmao
She told this to her family and her brothers beat that guy and gotten her divorce.

But I think it should not be criminalized, instead we need to make it a public knowledge, give education about it. So that women know when to talk about it openly. Especially the family should be the first one to help her.

but a lot of families would urge the victim to suffer in silence tho , really what it comes down to is what the victim in said scenario wants.
if they want it known to legal authorities they should have that option and if they want to keep it within the family circle
they should also have that option even after its criminalized.

generally tho it is and should be a criminal matter.

This is a map showing the countries in which marital rape is criminalized,(Found this on wikipedia)

Green- criminalized
Red- Not criminalized
Grey- Unclear

Even developed countries like usa, austrailia and many european countries have it criminalized so I don't get why people are against it in India. Besides we need it more as our country has a huge problem with rape and sexual assaults. @notAfanboy
not the best map :whitepress:

considering in iraq there’s a law that forgives and drops the charges if the victim agrees to marry her rapist

women are pushed into marrying their rapists because they would be considered damaged goods by society

Interesting :wonderland:
Chopper - Hito-Hito no mi - Sun god Nika ?
Nami - crying face - moon goddess
Momo - crown like Imu - Earth god/goddess

Gaia is wife of Uranus and represent earth.
Hades(Pluton) , Poseidon and Zeus are three siblings
Oda only used two siblings for the names of ancient weapon but third one is named after their grandfather Uranus and not the third siblings Zeus.

Although reason could be Uranus looks like strawhat. Painting does represent something but we don't know yet.

There is nothing wrong with women being more advantaged than men in modern society
Society became much less prone to violence once women started getting in power, so they deserve it.
They don't deserve power. They deserve an equal chance to compete for positions of power. But they sure as hell don't deserve to be handed power just cause they are women.
