Are you serious? Its not his stupid decisions which did that...its mostly other people doing the work(including oda adding convenience for him). And you know what I am talking about. Stop making it seem otherwise. In Drum island...it was the first time Vivi talked back about him being thoughtless about his decision => THis is called a stupid decision, a decision made without any consideration. But even that development did not go anywhere. He is still stupid and doesn't make good decision. SHs already say that....even in last arc his allies said that....luffy just ruins the plan so we have to adjust to that....if oda did not had his hand over luffy...SHs and in extention whatever they are saving..would already be dead at the start itself. What zoro is stating is expected from a captain. But he is not a leader material.
