@Shanks The more manga progresses the more it seems like Mihawk and Shanks are Roger and Whitebeard of this generation.

If Shanks didn't lose his arm he'd be as strong as Roger.

Whoever takes the role of WB or Roger isn't an issue but still denying the powerlevel of both of these new gen legends is a joke.

I believe losing an arm won't be a issue coz level of haki is already compensating. Like the best CoC feat in the series and above all from all top tiers by Shanks against GB, Though Oda might again make a flashback and later gives it to Roger and Xebec.

Carrot's reaction and the sheer absurdity of the ruler offer suggests that there would be some kind of different outcome. Otherwise he could've just had her be happy and accepting of her fate to begin with.

Well I have both Shanks and Mihawk as top 2 pirates.

But Mihawk narratively has to be above Kaido at this point.

Cross Guild is such a massive threat to the Admiral boys that their 2 executives have record breaking Younkou level bounties. YC1 don't even come close to Crocodile's bounty, Mihawk's bounty is obscene, a non Captain with a bounty above Emperors and his own leader/Yonkou. But not worth Admiral time.

Last time I checked Marines had to gather entire navy to fight a yonko level threat.
