The nuke is not the problem here as he's a logia, the main issue is with the footing. He either:
1. Uses his fruit to fly then hangs on to wreckage until help arrives
2. Uses haki to protect his footing, then in a beautiful double spread Sabo is standing on a thin thread of land with everything around him burnt to ashes. He suffers a mental breakdown then falls unconscious.
