Wasn't he stuck in the barrel and unable to hear much of anything? Even struggling to get out of the barrel is bound to make him not focus on what Luffy's saying

Stuff like this should really be toned down. I don't like seeing people get upset, especially when it can be helped. Please try to make sure it doesn't happen like this again. I want to see the forum be a place where people can believe in what they want (although a bit of teasing is fun sometimes )

Or maybe people are partially overreacting and taking it out of context. Perhaps we're all to blame
