Make them use the same rules, many mods and admins (eg tac and pantheos) have alts but thats against the rules
Many mods insult normal members but when we do it, its not allowed

No, they don't. Their alts have a purpose. We allowed people to have alts for appropriate reasons before: For mafia games, for example. TAC isn't the only user that posts fake spoilers. And we remove TAC's spoilers the same way we remove the other user's fake spoilers.
