This girl is most likely younger than Coby but outranks Helmeppo and is just under Coby, so much for Garp's legendary training and Coby and Helmeppo's potential, they're still under Tashigi. :hope:

I can't take marine ranks seriously when 98% of VAs are fodder tier. Drake is technically lower rank than VA but he is better than a lot of them and even Drake is mid as fuck.

Any rank except Admiral is irrelevant.

Shanks can stop a marine Admiral. Can Mihawk do that? No...
If you use his feats he was stalled by commanders.
But you know, bringing anti-feats is useless.
Zoro fans are so inconsistent, they bring Sanji feats to Say he isn't comparable to Zoro, but ignore Mihawk feats at Marineford because Mihawk must be comparable to Shanks, but if a Sanji fan does the same "muh separate Zoro from Sanji" something I actually did, search for my thread about Sanji, even without scaling him to Zoro the result still the same.

All VA's knows haki but below that is not a rule.

Yes, ranks are equal strength just like Admirals are the strongest. Garp and Sengoku are the only exception.
