I can see all the disappointment and hate coming. the scary thing is what Oda might do when his editors tell him people were expecting a man. truth is people have allready decided to like vegapunk because he's the best in the world. when they find out that the best in the world is a woman their Shonen 2022 small shounen penors will invert and they.

I can see oda doing something stupid like saying vegapunk can change his genders surgically.

I guess a lot of people don't expect the most genius guy (perhaps) in the entire world who is revered for being several hundred years ahead of modern time in terms of technology and praised by many people to do something like that. It doesn't really matter if he actually did this, but it's a bit comedic at any rate in this context.

You can't blame people for having doubts and questions. Oda's one to make people think like that, so we might find out the answer in the next chapter. :smoothy:

because it's stupid and repetitive, he was already mention by marines as old man, if he turns out as a girl,

it will be the same shit when kaido was mention to have a son. when Yamato was already got introduced people

expected a good explanation for the kaido son plot, turns out it was shit. so same thing will happen if vegapunk will turns as girl.

the explanation will probably be cringe.

Because that's what she wanted. She wanted to be like Oden, so she took on his name and therefore his identity. She didn't have any wish to be a man. It was just to be Oden, who happened to be one.

That's literally the only reason. People made way too much of a fuss over her gender. :usoprice:

Especially when they go out of their way to correct you for it... :lawsigh:

im 100% sure it was not the real one, it was just a controlled cyborg,

vegapunk should be in middle age or probably older, the woman who appear happens too look younger.

all mads scientist are in the middle age, the youngest of the scientist is cesar clown which is 40.

im sure the one who will be dissapointed are the kids who have raging hormones they wish vegapunk was a hentai material. :suresure:
