Well, I was recovering from Wano nightmare, and I was happy about how this new arc was starting but now I see things that make me question if I must keep reading this manga...

Here's the thing.
This is kind of understated in the fandom for some reason, but there are A LOT of parallels between Sengoku and Sakazuki in the vivre cards.
- both joined the marines at 23
- both have the same blood type
- both have a form of rice as their favorite food
Obviously these parallels are intentional, and I think that heavily implies Sakazuki has COC since Sengoku had it. And if Kuzan fought him for 10 days then he has it too.
The counter to this is usually "well Kizaru was portrayed equal to them and he definitely doesn't have COC", but I think this ignores the fact that Kizaru has a blatantly better devil fruit than them.
