You seem to have discovered OP last year, people who have read this manga for as long as you have been alive, will criticise the decline in quality, just because you can't see that trough your latent bias, they shouldn't bite their lip.
Ps. this seems like a good chapter and Oda is being more consistent with a couple of good chapters in a row, but Wano WCI and half of Dressrosa were BAD as arcs, with some good moments in them.

After this chapter we'll still have the usual eunuchs with their Vice Captain takes, gag characters stay being gag characters while the strong characters, the leaders make strategic decisions.
