Seraphim Child Mihawk is way too handsome, only surpassed by Child Akainu and also adult Arbel. The SHs can't recruit someone as handsome as that.

Pacifista mihawk has no acoc or haki to make black blade so nope.

Lanji on the other hand has weak haki and most of his power comes from science anyway.
