When in OP someone said that X race is stronger than Y race, they are talking about it as something general, comparing the average memeber of each race population.

Gyojins are 10 times stronger than humans, on average. But any competent navy soldier would butcher entire population of civilians gyojins.

King's race hype doesnt mean shit. It simply means that the average member of his race is above the average member of any other race in terms of survivability, after all they can heat themselves with flames in cold places and in hot places they shouldn't have problems to live since they control fire.
