Drake is secret agent so why someone of coby status would receive an information from a secret agent whose identity in from of world is that of a pirate

...Wano and Revo are way bigger issues than Mihawk and warlords

The fact Mihawk became warlord after being chased before...
Tells me he really needed protection or free pass t roam the seas
