Big Meme was literally begging Law to stop using Shock Wille, and her endurance is significantly better than Zoro's. If Law hit Zoro with Shock Wille, Loro would be balling his eyes out.

Well, if Crocodile's power can be retconned, why not Shiryu's? Crocodile doesnt have a big role left in the story, but Shiryu has. There is a narrative that the Blackbeard pirates are getting stronger in parallel to the strawhats, Shiryu's power level is not static. His fruit sucks though.
