That's not true lol. Hawkins is new to Kaido's crew. He also doesn't have a zoan DF. Hawkins is definitely stronger than them.

You'll see that with LOTS of characters... Shanks is the most prominant one LOL... look at Shanks in chapter 1 and Look at Shanks in Marineford... TOTALLY different guy hahaha
