Well Zoro has never had a problem cutting a Zoan. Plus Zoro has dealt massive base attacks post-ts. Plus Zoro knows the breathe of all things. (headcanon) I doubt Page 1 is more durable than Vergo or Pica. Plus ashura cut Jack, a nerfed Zoro would definitely cut Jack, thus he would be able to cut Page 1. It was said that a nerfed Zoro was on par with Denjiro who was compared/equal to Ashura, this is in the manga.

Page One is a ancient Zoan. Pica was nothing special outside of his golem and the one time his durability was gassed it was by himself (which he then got destroyed)

Ashura cut a Jack (without hybrid) once while Jack was not taking him seriously, and proceeded not to do anything after (Ashura also took damage).

I know which panel you are talking about with Zoro and kyoshiro going on par, keep in mind also that Denjiro was casual and grinning the whole time while Zoro practically begged him to move out of the way
