I understand what they represent. What I am asking is what % of his bounty is due to the opponents being defeated, and what % of his bounty is due to external connections, etc.

i would say around 2 bill from opponents and threatpotential ,and 1 bill coming from influence in the world .
going with Luffy as an example .

How do you justify all 3 of them having the same bounty? Do the other factors stop meaning anything once you defeat opponents of the same level? If the opponent defeated ultimately determines your bounty, why do Sanji and Zoro have smaller bounties than the people they defeated?

The only reason all 3 having the same amount is ,the WG didn‘t want Luffy to stand too much out of the rest.
They wanted to hide the D and wanted to get rid of the G5 picture .

Thats why i think in this case all 3 having the same can‘t be explained like other bounties .

That's how we tried to make sense out of their bounties but that's not the reason we're given as to why they have the same bounty. Basically, a bounty doesn't follow logic. As far as I am concerned, Oda just gave the same bounties to keep their rivalry relevant. Sanji and Zoro's bounties are basically their birthdays turned into bounties. Jinbe's bounty is for the gag b/w Sanji and Zoro.

I personally think luffy didn’t get a boost from joining the war. He wasn’t any more dangerous because of that. As for the impel down; I feel like Buggy took most of the credit and was given the bounty for it.

why can her "iron balloon" be deactivated if she is sad?
Why is it that when she starts crying, she can get hurt by simply falling on her knees?

It is a fact that she constantly uses haki to boost her defense. Law's statement proves this. Now as to what type of haki? I can't say.

But given how she rarely uses the black lightning variant of ACoC, I wouldn't be surprised if she is using an invisible variant of ACoC(like what Zoro used against kaido) to coat her entire body.

Whatever this "never heard of event' boost that Law and Kid get, Luffy will get it too. Luffy contributed to the alliance equally in their views. And he still has far more resources than Law and Kid. There is literally no logic in giving even Law and Kid the same bounties, forget about Luffy.

already been implied the wg would like to keep details of luffy's df and also the specifics of his fight with kaido under wraps. That's the justification.
