what's good for migraine? I forgot every trick
I get them a lot, so I often take showers or put some cooling pads, sort of like ice packs on my head.

This might help too:

i tend to drink cold water to help too and or soda, the caffeine can help potentially.

First time I used these, they soothed my migraine immediately but last time I used them recently, they didnt help even after a few hours lol:

Aye, hopefully they will work for you too. Most of the time they do seem to help?
I think you can just use an ice pack or frozen peas or whatever, wrapped in a towel or bandage instead too?

If you have a bathtub, scented bath gels or whatever can work too. Certain aromatherapy/scents can help but can't remember which ones.
I think lavender is often recommended but I hate the smell of it lol.

Various websites are recommending lavender, peppermint oil, eucalyptus etc. Tea tree might help too or coconut oil massaged onto your head?
