Jabra, Absalom, Bon Clay... These aren't slow opponents, they are rather tricky and sneaky... Jabra's specialty was literally moving faster while using Tekkai, something that no one else could do in CP-9
The notion that Sanji's opponents are slow came with Sanji vs Queen because of the aesthetics of the fight, which isn't even true, Queen still managed to hit Sanji during the fight, which shows he could compete to some extent. Sanji has the advantage of being faster and theres nothing wrong with it, thats how he operates anyway
This all a matter of agendas to downplay his opponents

Most of Sanji's opponents are brute strength type so it will be nice and refreshing to see Sanji fighting someone who is most likely a martial artist and a speedster. Aerial high speed battle for Sanji like his fans always wanted.
