I think Seraphims are more than just the Pacifista with Lunarian defense. They probably also inherited Kuma's physical strength. If they have Kuma's PS, then it might compensate for their lack of Haki to a degree. King still has a significant edge over them though.

If they contain sea stone we could consider them having better defense than King imo. As you said Kuma's strength, lunarian DNA with something like seastone would be hard to beat.
