Bro, stop. Fujitora won't be the Fleet Admiral in EoS, he will get killed by the Blackbeard Pirates soon.
Akainu's decision of banning him from any Marine HQ will backfire on them hard, because Blackbeard Pirates are ultimate opportunists who attack when their target is wounded, alone, or both.
If someone is gonna be the new FA in EoS, I think it won't be the guy introduced until post TS. It will be someone we already known much longer. Either it is Smoker, or sadly Coby the Meme.

There is no way you believe that the Marine Oda introduced 700 chapters into the story, yet has more global impact on the world of OP, than the original admirals.. is the one getting taken down by Blackbeard.
Especially when his justice of "moral justice" is the direct replacement to "Absolute Justice".
And I don't ever see Smoker being a the FA, the strongest marine? for sure there's a possiblity. The FA out of the young ones would probably end up being Drake if he survived. With Koby peaking at Admiral.
Absolutely no way and it's far too random. If anything the Admiral already in the BBP ranks is dying. Fujitora is definitely meant to lead the Navy by EoS. There's absolutely nobody else that can do that outside of him.

If we're going by the colour scheme Kizaru is the one thay prevents the new triplet so if anything he should die as he is the only Admiral with no personal ambition.

B. Protagonist's first friend who already made an appearance in chapter 1 and whose dream is joining the Navy
C. A new, strong guy, who recently joined the Marine, stronger than 2 other candidates for now, yet only got introduced way later after the timeskip?
C would be the least possible choice imo.

I don't get it. What does when you were introduced have to do with EoS importance?
Smoker admitted himself that he's a man even with the rank of Admiral couldn't be as daring as Fujitora. At no point did he ever want to change the system or become Admiral. Fujitora already changed the system greatly and nothing says it stops here.
As for Koby. His dream as always been to become an Admiral and never FA.

The same "Oda has been intoducing him for 700 chapters" is also the same reason I think Oda won't make Fuji as the new FA in EoS. He is way too later introduced, while Smoker and Coby were introduced way earlier.
Smoker is the best choice imo, Coby is if only Oda goes retarded.

- Destroyed the "Three power balance" that One Piece world stood on for the past 2-3 decades.
- Is leaving Marine Vice-Admirals shook with his leadership. Having them shiver just from his words of defiance against the World Government.
- In his introductory arc showcased to the marines how the new era of marines will be. Accepting their mistakes/faults + caring more about protecting people than chasing criminals at the expense of the people.
- Has connections with Vegapunk and potentially Dragon as well.
- Is pushing for Marine independence than even the Fleet Admiral of the marines.
- Has corrected and verablly assaulted the present Fleet Admiral of the marines twice.
