That's easy... each three weeks with a chapter, one week without chapter
Also all usual holiday weeks have no chapter as well
Something around 30 chapters per year

Also this is much better honestly... Luffy/Zoro, Roger/Rayleigh, Shanks/Benn... GOAT duos
And flat earthers will be "b-but what about WingZZZZZ why my favorite candyboy is not with Luffy and Zoro noooo not fair noooooooo"
