You have to take into account that Yonko's bounties are high because of their forces.
(Mihawk is stronger than shanks but a lower bounty cause he has no crew and territories)

If Shiryu has a 2B+ bounty and Zoro gets 1B+ for defeating him and then gets around half of Mihawk's bounty then it's possible that he reaches 4B after these 2, if more fights then he's definitely surpassing that.
700M for King
1B for Shiryu
2B for Mihawk
Also if Rayleigh has a 4B+ bounty then Zoro is going to surpass it regardless of what happens.

I think 3.9,9 is good enough for a guy stronger than Mihawk.

I doubt it. I think Zoros final bounty will come post shiryu. Post final war I doubt he’ll have a bounty because the people in charge after it (Fishman Island, Dressrosa, Drum, Alabasta, all the islands Luffy helped) will pardon the straw hats
