Pretty sure Robin would run away, it's not like she's helpless. and Oda's yet to even suggest that. Just headcanoning.
And again if that ever was the case, why would Luffy of all people care? If he would be with someone he loved vs being disgusted by her? What makes the most sense?

What would make the most sense is being with someone who isn't a walking STD. I'm sure Franky is safe fucking Robin because he has cyborg body parts so he probably can't get infected anyway...

Taking that out of context. Surely an SBS would cover that, and what does the Japanese version say firstly?

Nami doesn't have a panel saying she'll do anything for money in her backstory. And you claimed Oda never even suggested it, but to anyone who knows what sex is, that panel of Robin saying what she said can be taken as a very clear implication
