The whole idea of Cipher Pol is that they’re emotionless murder machines on the outside, that makes them superficial.
But they are actually complex characters behind this mask.
There’s a reason why Cp9 bonded with each other. Even Lucci’s little skirmishes with Paulie, all these 5 years they spent in Water7 being chill and whatnot, that’s their real personalities. However when it’s time for business the WG propaganda overshadows whatever they have left of their humanity.

Yes Kaido who was momo of the crew it was more important than xebec (captain), Wb (vice) or BM and shiki (rivals of roger):doffytroll::doffytroll::doffytroll:
