General & Others Is Luffy a top 5 manga MC/protagonist?

Here is how I would rank them. I don't watch much anime outside of the main ones though.
Kurosaki Ichigo
Yusuke Urameshi
Monkey D.Luffy
Kakarot
Uzumaki Naruto
Ichigo is a don. No one can touch him as a MC/protagonist.
Yusuke was also dope AF and I would rank him up there with Ichigo.
Luffy is #3. Acts like an 8 year old but he has had plenty of mature, epic moments.
Kakarot/Goku also acts like a child, but has also had plenty of cool moments.
Naruto is at the bottom. Never really liked him. I mean hop off of Sasuke's dick for 2 seconds bro.
I would have added Eren Yaeger to the list but I don't think he counts given his character arc and who he ended up becoming. (which was still epic)

I dont get why people like Luffy that much. He is an ignorant fool who keeps talk about freedom but himself depends solely on luck and pre-defined destiny. The man with no negative consequence and still be relevant because of plot and devil fruit. Everything about him lacks believability and all the power seems unearned.
