Man, honestly Oda shpuld have gone all the way in with Calamities. Awakening King/Queen/Jack would be so dope.
Even Kaido too using same principle as Luffy's awakening, apply special properties of his flame clouds to create let's say segments similar to sky islands but on fire, or give his kanabo wavy properties of his flaming clouds for various attacks like what Law does, along with insane regen as regular zoan awaken do, while applying haki for various shaped attacks.
Awakened King taking full advantage of his flame off mode as it regen him for his speed, while turning fire on at times and spread the wildfire around the island.
Missed opportunities to make them exciting. That was their time.
